Reynolds Farm strives to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests as well as our animals, so we ask that you respect the following rules and regulations:
Reynolds Farm reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone engaging in or appears to be engaging in inappropriate or offensive conduct, as determined by the Farm staff. The Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and is not required to issue refunds or exchanges for inclement weather.
Guests wishing to leave the farm and return the same day need to leave their wristband on for re-entry.
Due to mechanical, health, weather or safety conditions, we may close certain areas or attractions. We will do everything we can to re-open as soon as safely possible.
Food and Drink
No Alcohol Beverages Allowed.
Reynolds Farm does not offer refunds for wristband purchases.
During rain and storms some and/or all activities, attractions, rides and/or slides may be shut down temporarily for your safety. Rain checks will be issued only when Reynolds Farm closes for the day due to the weather. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued. By paying admission you have agreed to this policy and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
Guests with Disabilities
Please be aware walking paths are uneven and can be difficult to navigate. Motorized wheelchairs or chairs with larger wheels fair best on the terrain. Charging stations and rentals are currently not available. Our hayride wagons are Handicap accessible. Areas of our pumpkin patches are also handicap accessible. Please let our staff know if you need assistance.
Reynolds Farm is a smoke-free/vaping free environment for the health of our guests, staff and animals. Visitors are required to extinguish all smoking materials before entering the Farm grounds.
NO Alcohol or Illegal Drugs
Guests appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.
You are welcome to take photos and/or video for personal use only; commercial photography requires written permission from Reynolds Farm and may require a facility use fee. On occasion, we will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to the Farm grants permission for the use of these images.
Dogs or other animals of any kind are prohibited on farm grounds with the exception of service dogs. Please be mindful of the danger of leaving pets in your vehicle while visiting our farm.
Please Do Not Damage Landscaping or Vegetation
Do not pick or damage any flowers, leaves, vegetables, natural vegetation or other plant materials. Do not walk-through, climb-on or otherwise damage landscaped areas, including stacked rock walls and fences.
Stay on pathways in the corn and grass mazes.
Fencing, ropes and other barriers between you and the animals or non-public areas are there to protect you from harm. Please do not lift children over fences or rest them on fencing or rails. Do not enter non-public areas.
Respect the Animals
Do not flail your arms at, harass or tease the animals. Do not throw objects at the animals, or into exhibits. Do not make loud sounds that might scare or spook the animals. Anyone found doing any of the above will be asked to leave the Farm.
All Farm animals are on a carefully structured diet. Introducing outside food can cause illness to the animal. Approved animal feed is available for purchase from the Farm. Do not feed animals plastic bags or foreign objects.
